I find this teacher's use of iPads and Google Drive effective and innovative, as digital assignments and assessments are much less likely to be misplaced (if organized correctly) and also could help reduce our dependence on paper.

Technology Rich Language Classroom

I recently came across  this blog , which illustrates how various technology tools can be integrated into a foreign language classroom in order to raise student interest and diversify instruction. Of greatest interest to me is the digital pen pal program, where students can post videos of themselves speaking in the foreign language, and interact with other classmates from their district and/or another school from around the world via these short videos. Reflecting back on this semester, I feel like I now have more strategies and resources to keep technology integrated into my lesson plans in order to heighten student interest. I do still need more practice delivering lessons that use more technology, which will come this spring during my student teaching.
